The course gave me some interesting insights on the psychological side of LC/CFS. Also I could try out different methods on how to calm down my nervous system and I’m keeping some of them as a daily routine. It helps me a lot, I knew meditation was good but I didn’t know how to do it, in a way where I enjoy it and actually practice every day. So this course was my start of actually practising meditation. I particularly like the hypnosis and the information on it.
